Using Makefile in RStudio

Question

Why doesn't RStudio show a structure displayMakefile , especially for specific purposes, on the RStudio tab Build? I expect him to display them and allow them to build those specific goals. This feature is missing from RStudio and RStudio Server or there, and I just need to know where to enable it?
