Heroku PG: Record Restore Canceled

Question

I had Write access revokedheroku dev in my project, since I had too many lines in my db.

Here is the result:

Since then I have deleted half of the lines since they were created using a script that degenerated, and I am in my development environment. I checked in pgadmin and in the rails console, and it seems that the lines are actually deleted.

How can I restore write accessto my database? I do not want to be updated, as I do not need it. Waiting for 2 hours has not changed anything.

I read it heroku pg:infodoes not update very quickly, but what can I do?
