Wordpress randomly returning 404

Question

I have a strange problem when I reload the page sequentially, sometimes it loads normally, but sometimes it loads with missing images / css, and sometimes it redirects to the 404 file of my site. Below are 2 consecutive curl commands that may be useful.

For the background, I already cleared the previous page bullets in the database and restored the .htaccss file. Any pointers are welcome!
