Qwinsta - "Error [5] - Access Denied"

I get a "denied access" error, although I have no problem connecting to the remote desktop. My computer is Win7, the goals are WinXP or Server 2003.
Perhaps I am incorrectly specifying the name SERVER:
qwinsta /SERVER:XXYYZZ02
I tried qwinsta /SERVER:\\XXYYZZ02
qwinsta /SERVER:domain\XXYYZZ02
qwinsta /SERVER:domain/XXYYZZ02
qwinsta /SERVER:1.2.3.4

Am I doing something wrong? TIA ...
(The problem I'm trying to solve is a few support staff who need to connect to the same servers and disconnect each other in the middle of the session.)
