Create a Read More link with Markdown [POSTACH.IO]

This is my first time using Markdown, and it seems pretty simple. I use it in the blog of opinions that I have for Postach.io

I am using Tumblr WYSIWYG with the option "READ MORE"; however, postach.io only allows READING MORE by restricting characters. How can I use Markdown to create a READ MORE tag by directing it to a permalink to my post?
