IntelliJ gives an error message "Error syncing settings"

Question

I am having a problem setting up a grails application using intelliJ. I went to file->Project Structure, in intelliJ, and made IDEA IU-129.713(java version "1.7.0_10")as an SDK project.

Soon, when I clicked "OK", I received the error message "Error synchronizing settings" (see the right side of the image).

Did I add the wrong project SDK? or is there something else a problem?
