IE9 has a 4095 sample / style limit. ( You can read a little about it here ). Once this limit hits, the rest of the style rules are silently ignored. (thanks to Microsoft staff for not even bothering with the error message for the console)
I would make a clean decision from the Meteor community on how Meteor maintains css source files (minimization is ok, but not concatenation) for IE9 -.
We do a temporary hack, asking the user for an update, but it seems very lame, because the solution is "simple" to allow Meteor not to concatenate css files.
