How to enable trace flag -T1118 in SQL Server 2012?

I am using SQL Server 2012, I would like to enable -T1118 at the server level, can someone help me enable it?

You can use SQL Server Configuration Manager to set SQL Server startup options. You can specify a trace flag:

• Start → Run → SQLServerManager11.msc (or just search SQL Server Configuration Manager)

• In SQL Server Configuration Manager, select SQL Server Services.

• In the right pane, right-click SQL Server (<instance_name>)and then click Properties.
