HTC One: DropBoxManagerService shifts after upgrade to KitKat 4.4.2

I noticed that the LOGCAT of my HTC One is awash with messages from the “DropBoxManagerService” after I upgraded my device to Android KitKat 4.4.2.

I repeat this repetition again and again:

02-28 16: 37: 39.089 773-1376 /? D / DropBoxManagerService: Found time display 1393414988780 → 1393414988780

It displays so quickly that the IntelliJ Idea LOGCAT window complains: "Too many results to process . " It can go on for hours before it calms down, and then starts again at some (apparently) arbitrary point in time.

I tried to reset and disable the DropBox application, but this does not help. I suspect that this “infinite cyclic” behavior is the culprit of a severe battery leak problem, so I am desperate to find a solution to the problem.

The service name does not appear in the list of killer applications.

Any good ideas are happily accepted!
