IOS UI - switch between UICollectionView and UITableView on one screen

Question

The question, I hope, is pretty straightforward. On one of the tabs of my application, where I present a dataset from Core Data, I want to give the user the ability to view Grid or Table. Both views should use the same custom title with a button in the title that allows them to switch.

I see this all the time in other applications, but could not perform any searches. I was fixated on how to flip between two controllers based on different classes.
