Amazon AWS - How to Change the Private IP Address of a Network Interface Associated with RDS

Question

I created an instance of the RDS DB associated with the VPC.

This created a network interface and automatically assigned an internal IP: 10.0.10.65

I want to change this IP address to 10.0.10.15

How can i achieve this?

Unlike EC2 instances the selection of the private ip RDS instance is not possible, this question has been answered this question .
