Zencoder: combining and encoding two video files into one

I find it difficult to find documentation on how to combine video using Zencoder. Here is what I would like to do:

  • Upload video to Zencoder for encoding using their api (done)
  • Zencoder combines my two-second intro video at the beginning of the downloaded video and encodes them together as a single file.
  • Zencoder sends the new video to my YouTube account.

Are steps 2 and 3 possible with Zencoder. If so, can you relate or explain. If not, constructive feedback is welcome.
