How to create a custom shape menu in Powerpoint

Question

In the "Shapes Menu", I mean the menu that you get from the feed by going to Home → Shapes.

I would like to either:

• Select my own shapes from the Shapes menu, including changing the separator names
• Create your own ribbon menu from scratch to create a delimited gallery.

Note. I'm interested in doing this for Powerpoint 2013, not sure if that matters.
