Check if workflows are in use or not?

We are moving content from one SharePoint (MOSS 2007) to the new platform (SP 2013). We have a situation where we have to fix some elements manually on each site.

Is there a way to find out if any workflow on the site is working or not?

PS: Workflow-related features are included on all sites. We can see the workflows in the list settings, but I want to check at the site level if the workflow is used anywhere in the site.
