How to generate facebook __dyn and composer_session_id options

I am trying to create a facebook application and I am stuck with this problem: I need to understand how facebook generates its __dyn and composer_session_id parameters (you can see them when you post a message on your wall). I just saved all the fb js sources, but ... hell, it's so hard to understand how they do it.

so if you think this question is stupid or arrogant on my part - sorry ... however, I really need to understand these parameters ...

Facebook won't say anything, I think

__dyn = ""; // 100%
composer_session_id = ""; // ??
