Creating html spec runner using karma

I am considering moving from grunt-contrib-jasmine to karma to run jasmine tests. One thing I don’t see how to replicate in karma is to keep the html specification runner that I can open manually in the browser (it's easy to grunt with keepRunner: true). Can someone point me in the right direction?
