Manually recover files from Xcode snapshot

Can I manually restore files from an Xcode snapshot (4.3.2)? When I try to restore the snapshot, Xcode crashes, so I think the files are somehow corrupted. I cannot find the snapshot image mentioned elsewhere: ~ / Library / Application Support / Developer / Shared / SnapshotRepository.sparseimage

However, I found a file that ends with .xcsnapshots

Can I restore project files using a .xcsnapshots file? If so, how? I can’t interpret this.

Can I export a snapshot? Exporting a snapshot is similar to recovery. The main difference is that exporting a project snapshot restores it to a folder other than the current project location.

To export a snapshot, open the Organizer and click the "Projects" button at the top of the Organizer. Select your project on the left side of the organizer. Select a snapshot. Click the Export Snapshot button to export the snapshot.
