Restore snapshot - File does not exist at restore location

Using xcode 5: I can create a snapshot without error. But sometimes, when I want to restore it (FILE-> RESTORE SNAPSHOT), I encounter this error.

I know that there were several questions on this issue, for example. What should I do with this Xcode organizer error when trying to export a snapshot? .

Creating a new snapshot directory solves the problem right now. But after 1 or 2 days, the same problem arises. Therefore, I continue to rename the catalog of pictures and delete all old pictures.

I also do not want to use the organizer function and export snapshots as indicated here: Manually recover files from Xcode snapshot

I would like to use quick access to file FILE-> CREATE / RESTORE SNAPSHOT

So, it would be great if someone understood how to eliminate the root cause.

EDIT:

Now I know what and how it happens. I still don’t know how to solve it correctly.

The error message appears in files that I locally deleted or renamed. I did this in xcode and I said "Move to trash." It seems that git (and therefore the snapshot function) is not reporting the remote file. Therefore, he complains that there are files that do not exist in the recovery location. The recovery process itself works.
