Exception when sending letters from a java application: Relaying denied

Question

We use Spring Mail to send letters from the Java application org.springframework.mail.javamail.JavaMailSenderImpl

But we are below the exception, and email is not sent

An exception occurred while sending mail :: Failed messages: javax.mail.SendFailedException: Invalid Addresses;
  nested exception is:
    com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPAddressFailedException: 550 5.7.1 <[e-mail]>... Relaying denied

Answer 1

The smtp server to which you are trying to send mail is rejected for relay. If this is your own local server, this is not a problem, you can change the settings for relaying mail from your mydomain.net. But if it is an external server (e.g. gmail), you must use a real registered domain.

from what I know, your electronic service should be located inside your manufacturing sector. you cannot hit prod smtp server from outside this scope. at least that was the case with the problem that I ran into.
