Create a valid site map with custom attributes

I am working on a site. There is a sitemap.xml file on my website. This file can be seen here .

If you scroll down, you will see a post urlthat includes some custom tags. These tags are prefixed blog:. The definition for the blog namespace can be seen here .

I submitted my Sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools. However, I get warnings around blog namespace entries. These warnings are displayed as shown below:

Warnings 

Invalid XML tag 

This tag was not recognized. Please fix it and resubmit.
