Error 0 failed to connect to host in wamp windows 7

Question

I have a joomla GIT repository of my project. We use wamp and windows 7 as a development environment. This repository works fine on one machine. But when we tried to clone the same repository on the other two machines, we are faced with a strange error.

Mistake: Error 0 couldn't connect to host

As shown in the screenshot.

All other repositories on these two machines work fine.

An error is not logged in any error log file (apache, php and mysql). I have included joomla error report. Search google but no luck.

Please, help.
