I can not enter alfresco explorer or alfresco share

I can not enter my edition for the community alfresco 4.2

I tried http://127.0.0.1:8080/share/I gotYour authentication details have not been recognized or Alfresco may not be available at this time.

I tried http://127.0.0.1:8080I got my tomcat homepage

What is the problem? Do i need to install mysql and java before installing alfresco?
