Is an iOS app larger if it supports more versions of iOS?

If I have an application that only supports iOS 7 and above, will the App Store size be lower than the same application with support for iOS 6 and above? And what about iOS 5 and above?

No, the size of your application will not increase directly, because they are all built on top of the same base SDK.
