WCF service regarding uri without .svc

Question

I have a solution with three projects:

• MEProject.WCF.ServiceLayer (Service-Implementation)
• MEProject.WCF.HostConsole (a console application that can host a service)
• MEProject.WCF.HostIIS (WCF Service Application)

My goal is that I can switch between two projects without changing the uri (endpoint configuration) in the client project. The problem is that if I run the console application, the endpoints

http://localhost:8080/MultipleEndpointService/FirstEndpoint
http://localhost:8080/MultipleEndpointService/SecondEndpoint  

But if I run the WCF service application, the endpoints

http://localhost:8080/MultipleEndpointService.svc/FirstEndpoint
http://localhost:8080/MultipleEndpointService.svc/SecondEndpoint

As you can see, the difference is ".svc". Now my question is: how can I say that the WCF service application acts as a console application and does not have ".svc" in the uri?
