Choose a double-click hyphen in Sublime Text for Mac OSX?

On my older Mac, I somehow configured it so that if I double-click on a portable word, I select everything (all part and hyphens).

I just got a new Mac, and I'm setting it up, but somehow I double-click on the portable word, only select the word that I get only from the part that I clicked on. The word is separated by a hyphen.

I checked the setting in my Sublime Text 3 prefixes for word separators, and the hyphen is NOT:

"word_separators": "./\\()\"',.;:<>~!%^&*|+=[]{}`~?"

So where is this set? In a sublime or somewhere in the OS?
