Why can't I create a SQL database in VS 2010?

Question

I want to create a SQL Server database in a folder App_Data, but a warning appears:

Connections to SQL Server database files (.mdf) require SQL Server 2005 Express or SQL Server 2008 Express to install and start the local computer

But I have it installed:

What is wrong with that? I need help:/

You need SQL Server Express, not regular (not express).
