Emacs like linear navigation in sublime text 3?

Question

I have been using Emacs from the last few months, and I really like its line navigation feature, since you don't need the arrow keys.

Emacs Line Navigation:

C-p : go to previous line
C-n : go to next line
C-f : go forward one character
C-b : go backward one character

Anyway, can I use this in sublime text 3? I read on some blogs that some people did this, but I cannot find instructions on how to do this.
