Charts of the nvidia GPU 3 chapters are available free of charge on the Internet, however, there seems to be no download for DVD content that should contain source codes and samples and should accompany the book.
The book itself is not available for purchase anywhere (I live in Germany, the only place I found it was amazon, where it was sold, it was used for 200+ euros). Other than that, I could only find a good version, which, again, does not include the contents of the DVD.
The book has many links to DVD content and the lack of it at hand makes it difficult to track properly.
I searched extensively, but I could find the source codes for old versions of the book, which are useless to me. I'm not looking for an alternative, but maybe someone knows if the DVD content is really free, and if so, where can I get it, maybe I just missed something.
