Eclipse Android Emulator-5554 is always displayed

I started writing an Android app in the Eclipse IDE.
But when I launch the application (ctrl + f11), the choice of device for Android displays the 5554 emulator online, even if I have not already run any emulator.

My question is: where did this emulator come from? and for what reason?

Thanks to Rohan Kandval. It's true. While I run eclipse, my blue stack also works and uses port 5554. So, this question is now closed.
