GPS Tracker Highly fluctuating points

Hi, I am developing a real-time tracker in real time using this library.

It receives data from GPS satellites for a certain period of time. If GPS results are not received, it also requests cell towers / Wi-Fi for a certain period of time. My problem: my gps location fluctuates so badly. Here is the photo below:
