How to enable a string string of commit 50 characters in Sublime?

Question

As a natural talkative soul, my summary lines almost always exceed 50 characters. How to enforce the 50 character limit for header lines in elevated for commit messages and commit messages only? Is there any way to adjust the settings?

A plugin, such as sublime-text-git , will impose a soft wrapper in the git commit message :

But this applies to all lines, not just the first.
