It looks like your request to Mopub is being checked (there is probably a message in the box on the Marketplace tab). You have to wait until this is done. However, in my case, there was no progress for quite some time (about 2 weeks) until I asked for Mopub support. Once the request has been verified, you will receive an advertisement.
