Why doesn't Visual Studio 2013 allow me to use Entity Framework 4?

I am trying to update my Object Context for an inherited project that we have. I don’t know if this is an error or something else, but even if I explicitly tell Visual Studio to use version 4 of EF, it will update version 5, launching everything. I always need to go back to Visual Studio 2012 and make changes. Is there a reason for this?

-In Solution explorer in the links removes the existing link to the Entity 5 infrastructure.

-In package.config delete line with EntityFramework version 5

-In View- > Windows β†’ , : Install-Package EntityFramework -Version 4.1.10331.0
