Xcode 5.0.2 Could Not Build Darwin Module

Question

I bought a new mac mini 2012 and upgraded os to 10.9.1. I downloaded xcode from the app store with version 5.0.2

When I first create an iphone default project and build it. it returns a failure "could not build the module" Darwin " http://sdrv.ms/1g0IMsS

The solution to this error reported on the link does not work . I am reinstalling xcode. the error still exists.

Build Settings → Architectures → Valid Architectures armv7 armv7s, arm64, 7.0 +.
