How to hide password characters in windows in cmd file

Question

I am trying to handle the next password entry, but I see that the password characters are displayed in windows, which violates the security aspects of the product.

set/p username=Please enter weblogic admin server username:
set/p password=Please enter weblogic admin server password:

Please suggest any clean and tidy way to do this.
