UIButton does not immediately detect Touch Down

Question

I created UIButton through an interface builder. This button has a Touch Down and Touch Up Inside event, on which the necessary code is launched. Somehow, the Touch Touch IBAction associated with this button does not ring right away, I touch the button. I need to move my finger a bit until this action is triggered. Has anyone encountered the same problem?

Is it because I have two IBActions assigned to the same button?

It looks like you associated your action with the wrong control event, in particular, it looks like you connected the action with one of the events Touch Drag....

, Touch Down.
