IOS: UIScrollView does not scroll to the bottom of its subzones

I have a UIScrollView that contains more subviews, then the screen can be displayed (therefore, I use scrollview), but scrollview does not allow most subzones to scroll at the bottom (they only go back when they scroll down, but are not available for user interaction) Any suggestions ?

I used AutoLayout with the suggested limitations. To fix one limitation was fixed, although it was just a good guess. I still don’t understand why the elimination of this restriction from the set of proposed restrictions fixed the problem. Now I only understand that when using AutoLayout, UIScrollViews may not work if the restrictions are incorrect or the restrictions are not applied at all.
