The local shortcut on Visual Studio 2013 does not work

I saw some people on the Internet say that if you type “lorem” in the ASP.NET view and then press “TAB” then it will generate “Lorem Ipsum” with 30 words.

I think it’s great, but I can’t do it! What am I doing wrong?
