Where is the Bootstrap dashboard.css stylesheet located?

This is probably a dumb question at StackExchange. Please forgive me for asking, but where am I trying to follow the example to create a Dashboard theme, as shown in the Custom Component example for Twitter Bootstrap example tutorial. So I downloaded the source code of the download zip code. But the file name dashboard.css is missing. I googled it, but it seemed to take me to a third-party website wrapbootstrap.com (where is this to get it?) If not, then where? Thanks for the help.
