Create macvim in Applications folder

I launched brew install macvim, and I wonder if he has access to it outside the terminal? I know that I can create a link in the folder with my applications, but does it have more support? Or is it best to download this guy https://code.google.com/p/macvim/ ?

MacVim is actually a graphical application that comes with CLI executable software that you can run in your shell.

You can find the MacVim.app package in /usr/local/Cellar/where Homebrew installs all the programs that you install with it.
