What is the equivalent of pull request for tfs?

What is the equivalent of an output request in TFS?

I specifically ask about collaboration between teams, where there is a team responsible for the product, but other teams can work on their own copy and send “pull requests”.

Thus, the core team still owns the product, but other teams can still contribute.

There is really no equivalent (yet).

An external team can split the main branch, make their changes, and then send an email asking their own team to merge into the external branch of the team in the main branch.
