Phpstorm does not work after upgrading TortoiseSVN to version 1.8

Question

SVN worked fine, but I upgraded the version of TortoiseSVN to version 1.8 and improved the project (on the new Tortoise). Now I have errors in phpstorm: “Unable to use the Subversion command-line client. Probably, the path to the Subversion executable is incorrect” and “Errors detected when working svn copies were detected”.

What should I do?

I tried File | Invalid caches.
