How to make Amazon sqs messages to FIFO

Question

Is there some way that can be used to use Amazon SQS messages in true FIFO? I tried to delay the delivery of messages from the configuration, but that did not help.

Amazon SQS has just received FIFO queues with handling and deduplication with precision handling :

Today we are making SQS even more powerful and flexible with support for FIFO queues (first-in, first-out). We are deploying this new type of queue in two regions now , and we plan to make it available in many others at the beginning of 2017.
