How to Turn Zurb Foundation Exclude Live Testing?

Question

Is there a way to disable direct confirmation of entries in the Zurb Foundation, so the check is only performed when the field is really left?

The docs point to the variable: live_validatebut setting it to falseseems inefficient. Also this is apparently never usedfoundation.abide.js

Also, it might be a good idea to set a specific field for active validation, rather than globally.

Any ideas?

There seems to be no way to do this using live_validate. Indeed, this parameter is not even used inside Abide .
