Bootstrap and tables (shift cells)

Question

I'm new to bootstrap. I see many examples of bootstrap selections as well as tables, and I saw that by resizing my browser window, the table becomes smaller. Now I would like to know if there is a way to move cells from row to another. I am trying to better explain my question:

If I open the browser in a large window, I see my table with one row and 5 columns, for example:

Now, I resize the browser, and I want to see a table like this

Is this possible, or am I just dreaming?

I asked for a bootstrap, but if there is another solution, it was made!
