An unexpected change in graphics in an elementary OS?

I recently installed "dconfeditor" on my elementary OS. I restarted my computer and logged in and saw that all the beautiful design of Elementary OS had disappeared. I really don't know why this happened to me, so I have no information other than this. Please tell me what I can do to restore this old theme in my Elementary OS.

I had the same problem and the solution I found was reinstalling the elementary desktop

sudo apt-get purge elementary-desktop    
sudo apt-get install elementary-desktop
