Google TTS Licensing for Text-to-Speech

I would like to write output from Googles text 2 text engines and provide this, for example. wav with my Android app (see reason below). The application is closed, commercial. Can someone answer me if I am allowed to do this? I really did not find anything useful in licenses.

Cause:

I know this sounds a little strange, but in the end this is the best working approach in my case, because:

• Sometimes tts is not installed
• Sometimes it's the wrong language
• Sometimes it's a crazy voice chosen
• I like to customize the output a bit.
• And maybe a few more problems to deal with
