Can we enable both built-in and remote login to DocuSign API using C #?

Question

Create an envelope using the server template, and then get the return URL for the embedded signature, and email the envelope to the recipient to sign the document. Thus, the User can sign the document either using the Email Link (Remote) or Embedded on the Internet. Please let me know if there is any option to achieve this in the DocuSign API?
