Getting friends from depth 2?

Question

Is it possible for a Facebook app to get friends of depth 2?

I mean the following:

If user A uses the application and A has a friend B who is not using the application. Can I get a friend list B (depth 2)?

Perhaps this is possible with a specific permission?

Not. It's impossible.
