Does Paypal Adaptive Payments delete a note?

I set up my site to use PayPal adaptive payments, and when sending a payment, after logging into my PayPal account on the PayPal page, there is an option:

Send a note to your customers about this payment. And then the user can enter a note. This note can also be set via the API, if I do not want the user to enter it.

However, I want to completely delete this field, since I really do not need it, but mainly because "Send a note to my customers about this payment" does not make sense, since the person paying the buyer is the "client" (no one on my site not really a customer from the moment of his gift, not a purchase, but regardless of the fact that this makes no sense).

So, there is a way to completely delete the memo section, or at least delete / change the "Send note to your customers about this payment." text

I have a response from PayPal support:

I understand that you would like to delete the Memo area, but this is a required field that we were instructed that we should have when we were successful in obtaining our license for work and not an option.
